Welcome to Solent Art Club. By booking a workshop or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payment

All workshop spots must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

For private events (parties, schools, organizations), a deposit may be required to secure your chosen date.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Attendee Cancellations: If you can no longer attend, please let me know as soon as possible. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, as materials and venue costs will have already been committed.

Transferring your spot: If you can’t make it, you are welcome to send a friend in your place—just drop me an email to let me know their name.

Club Cancellations: In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a workshop (due to illness or venue issues), you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future date.

3. Health & Safety

While I provide a safe environment and guidance on tool use (such as lino cutting gouges), participants use tools at their own risk.

By booking, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the session.

Solent Art Club cannot be held responsible for any damage to clothing or personal belongings. (Art is messy! Please wear old clothes).

4. Age Requirements

Our public workshops are generally for ages 16+ unless otherwise stated.
-
For private parties or school sessions involving under-18s, a responsible adult or teacher must be present at all times.

5. Photo & Video

I love capturing the creative process! I may take photos or videos during the session for social media or marketing. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let me know at the start of the workshop.

6. Changes to Events
-
As a pop-up venture, venues and times may occasionally need to change. I will always give you as much notice as possible via the email address provided at booking.
