Refund Policy

Thanks for booking with Solent Art Club. Because I am a small, pop-up business, I have to commit to venue hire and materials in advance. Here is how my refund process works:

1. Cancellations
  • 7 Days or More Notice: If you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop date, you are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to a future session.

  • Less than 7 Days Notice: Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or transfers for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, as your materials and space have already been paid for.

2. No-Shows
  • If you do not attend a workshop and have not notified me in advance, no refund or transfer will be issued.

3. Transferring Your Ticket
  • If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to send someone else in your place! Please just send me a quick email with their name so I know who to welcome.

4. If I Cancel
  • If a workshop is cancelled by Solent Art Club (due to illness, low numbers, or venue issues), you will be offered a full refund or a guaranteed spot at the rescheduled date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation, please email hello@solentartclub.co.uk with your booking reference and the date of the workshop. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
